Someone needs to give that character his sign.

I had a Lowe's crew deliver and install a 200-pound appliance in one of our rental cabins today. It was accomplished with surgical precision. The crew had only 1/4" of clearance in which to accomplish the installation. After completion of the work, which included dismantling and removal of the old appliance, there were no marks on the hardwood floor and no abrasions on the wall or door facings.

Good work needs to be acknowledged. Poor work needs to be condemned. And as the saying goes, "Ignorance can be remedied but stupidity has no cure."
