Recoil spring assembly
« on: July 27, 2018, 11:58:46 AM »
Are recoil spring assembly units available?Mine might have went yesterday.I am not sure if that's the issue or not.It protruded out of front yesterday after a few rounds.Brought it home, took gun apart and noticed a very small serrated edge.Almost need a magnifying glass to notice it.There is no tension like there's suppose to be when putting it back together.Any ideas

If we were still in business, we would replace it for no charge if broken.

I still have some, so contact me and I'll get one to you.

My recoil spring failed today at the range. The rod that connects to the round base that holds the lower barrel broke right at the base.
I need a couple of these and I messaged ECR, but I can't confirm he received my message.
I am willing to buy them if you have a few in stock.
I love my R9, too bad the company was closed.

horserack, you might also try Williams Gun Sights.  They handle the warranty work for your pistol.

I just some grip screws from them.

Ask for Alex, the Rohrbaugh specialist.

For the record, Les and I hooked up.

Recoil systems are on the way. One no charge because if we were still in business, that would have been done free anyway.

I charged him for the one extra recoil system so he now has one in reserve.

Carry on Les. . . . . . . .

Eric I sent you pm about recoil spring assembly and possible takedown pin.  I don’t carry my Rohrbaugh like I used to because of worry about these two items. I really love the gun, perfect for pocket carry.  Thanks
