Anticipating the worst, I went to ground up at Critter Creek, removed the batteries from the radios, and even refused to come out of the mountains to get the Sunday papers. The result was even worse than I had anticipated.  :o  (About the only good thing I can find to say about Army's showing in that game would be to approve of the new uniforms.)

Congratulations, Navy, and good luck in the inaugural EagleBank Bowl on Dec. 20!

(Tracker, it would appear that the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy is about to become something of a permanent fixture in Annapolis.)

(And, Tom, we've got to get a plan together. Seven in a row is ridiculous!)

Richard, I am starting to think maybe the new uniform, camo helmets and all, caused the recievers some problems. They could not be seen. Why are the ground pounders having a hugh problem with their running game?? The army players look as big and strong as navy, so it's got to be the coach. Since you are closer and have some experience in checking on "things", you should look into this. I look forward to reading your report.  Tom

This is all good fun stuff but I am much more grateful for the
superb officers from West Point who serve their country so well
than a football score. What a team they field, whether officer or
enlisted, who protect the many freedoms that we enjoy.
