A different kind of holster

I bought one of these a couple of years ago. I have found it useful at times. The R9 fits nicely in the case and a spare mag in the pouch. It has a metal spring clip. I wish it was an attached loop instead.

Thanks for the link, Jack. I have a similar rig that has seen better days. This one would appear to be a suitable replacement and I notice that the seller has one in black listed in his "store." The belted pouch is a useful option at times.

I like it, too, Jack.  Thanks; interesting possibilities.

Richard S...I think I'm going to take mine to the harness shop and have the spring clip replaced with a leather belt loop.  The case is not expensive.

A good harness or leather shop is a real asset. I use a shop in Gatlinburg, the owner of which can repair or monogram just about any piece of leather gear you can imagine. Such shops are becoming increasingly difficult to find in this age when everything seems to bear a "Made in China" label.

Nice, and totally non-threatening.  Will/can they still do these?

I like the one for my seecamp best. The one for the R9 is a little large. He made me one on request years ago. You'll have call and make a request.

I also have a Haugen for my NAA G32. (It is not the pouch I mentioned above as having "seen better days.")
