I am scheduled to visit the factory in October!  I will take my own pics then, but here are some from Eric.

One of the CNC machines...

Is your slide in this batch?

Visit?  That's sounds great ! Take bunches of photos if allowed.

I spent three months in the Remington factory in Illon, NY.  No photos, the Security was Federal, and was very tight.  Everything was under cameras.

Also, a Browning FN plant in SC, made US Miltary Machine guns.

But the best was in Waterviet,NY,  the oldest Arsenal  in the United States.    They made all the big canons for the Military.  I mean BIG !  The whole Arenal is a Historical Site.

I'm quite envious Duane ...... that should be a good experience.  You gonna fly up - or drive?  I was thinking if you drove maybe you could come visit but ... no dice I expect as you'd run straight up I95 - which is way to east of me.

Look forward tho to a full write up on it after the event .. and yeah .. a few more pic's would be great.

Thanks for the invite, Chris!  I am flying.  I have two days worth of business in Manhattan and I am going to fit in a train ride out to Farmingdale.  Eric has offered to pick me up at the train station.
