Only people bigger than Shaq could pocket one of those.  There not very small at all.

I looked at the Beretta while I was at a local show a few weeks ago and I have no idea how he fit one of those into his pocket. I didn't take measurements, but it was really thick for a subcompact.

I pocket carry a 329NG on a regular basis, and a P7 on occasion - the P7 is actually easier to pocket...  I had an XD SC at one time (gave it to my sister-in-law), but I don't think I have a pocket it would fit into...  (The 329NG mostly works because its "lumpy" in my pocket, same as any other revolver.)
