It's back on the chopping block.  http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=237710519

Gheez.  I was about to flip out.  I thought it was #106 at first.  This is still a great buy; a new early R9 with Carbon Blues!    :)

Z....I started out with 1 pup and now I need a license for a dog pound  ;D... R106 is a nice piece but someone I know ::) has gotten me very interested in doing a custom R9 with a hard chrome finish and topping it off with a beautifull set of blue carbon fibers...

I think many people are going to realize that money is tight now and the times you will be able to see a 50% or more profit over Original MSRP gun that is not an antique are very limited.  At the price he is asking it is real close to 100% more than MSRP.

It is for sale again. Appears he is asking way too much.
At this time he is hoping for $1495.00 no reserve

Starting bid is $1450.  Not a bad price for a NIB early Farmingdale with Blue Carbon Fiber grips.    :)

He is discovering he may be over valueing it though.
Like I said before, tough economy. I think the magic number for getting fast reaction would be closer to $1350. That way the guys hoping for investment value would jump on it.  The guy that sells under the name
littlej and PAG is discovering that with his overpriced Elite (he is only trying for 200% . Been trying for a long time now.
