Engraved Seecamp
« on: August 16, 2015, 02:41:48 PM »
This has "Marte Suo Tutus" on the right side of the slide (Safe by my own effort-my Scots family motto) and Sgain Dhu on the backstrap - Celtic for "black (covert) tooth, ie:  the armpit or boot knife of the Scots highlander.  Just finally got my gunsafe going after a move to Florida.

Tat, it was done by Michael Gouse.  He is a pleasure to work with, and relatively inexpensive IMO.  A lot of the Seecamp tribe use him.  Look in the photograph section and scan topics.  The most recent is something about "Elvis  #2" if I remember correctly.

I bought ELVIS1 from Art.  I do not have any pictures of it.

Here is a thread on engraving from the Seecamp forum

Here is the old Seecamp thread on ELVIS1.  I should try and get some good pics of it, it is really cool.
