That's an informative link.  Thanks for posting it.

It seems appropriate to note that the problem apparently relates only to the Ranger "Bonded" line of ammunition.  The Ranger "T" and other Winchester Law Enforcement lines would not appear to be implicated.  See, e.g., page 18 of the catalog at the following:
