I'll put on my after-action debriefing hat and speculate that you're just experiencing an adrenalin low after the crisis of the hurricane.  I predict that all of that "ennui" will disappear just as soon as your new Rohrbaugh arrives.  Hang in there, my friend.  It will soon be on its way.
