Great article. I wonder what that "Code Question" is.
My plan for the answer to "what is that in your pocket?" is "It is a communication device" for acquaintances,
or to a stranger, "It is a medical device."
Both answers are true, and I think better than "hole punch."
Of course, a uniformed police officer gets the whole truth, big smile, and permit shown.
