Title: Rohrbaugh's Customer Service

I called Rohrbaugh today to order some spare recoil springs for my R380. I talked to Maria, and had the most wonderful conversation with her!! She was so helpful, and pleasant to talk to. What a doll!!! (sigh) ;)

and she treats all customers with equal charm.
