This site is run by Duane and does NOT accept commercial advertising. Duane can do this with the help of ALL OF US donating what you can. As the man said who spit in the ocean 'every little bit helps.'
He prefers Pay Pal but will accept a check. PLEASE donate what you can so we can keep the advertisers out. Thanks

Can we hear from Duane on this? There is not likely to be any paid advertisers here as in the past like, "The Irish Guard."

To be clear, I WOULD accept advertising, but there just isn't the market anymore. I offered low cost advertising to a handful of companies over the years and made what I needed to pay forum expenses and throw a few bucks at my tech support team.
That being said, we are o.k. right now. A few bucks here and there from people have been enough to keep this labor of loving going.
If at any point I need money, I will make it clear. The members have never let me down. And, if I ever feel like I can't keep up anymore, I will try to find a way to transition the control of the forum to an appropriate new Admin.

You're the best Duane. Please don't over task yourself with the forum though. . . . When it's time. . . . It's time and we'll see what has to bedone at that time.

A few sites are past reasonable with pop-ups for Sportsmans Guide, BUDK, Amazon, Target Sports, and on and on.

Exactly Kevin, and with that said, I say we do what we need to do to stay an "Advertiser Free Zone"! lol
The camaraderie here is too fine not to do so and treat ourselves.

Our advertising was always tasteful, subtle, and relevant to our members -- which is why it didn't earn a ton of money! ;D
