Still looking, after I put a money order in the mail the seller told me he no longer had the knife.

If you google 'Protech Steampunk', there are several places selling them from $249 to $260 .

They only made 100, they are numbered and everywhere I checked said sold out. Thanks for looking.

You were right, several places had them listed and in the fine print at the bottom of the page it said "not available".
