Christos.  'Tis nice, for sure.  Good to see your R9 again, too.  That is one good looking pistol!    :)

Congratulations on the new H.B.E.
I hope while he was making your holster, it didn't hold up the work on the one he is making for me. ;D
  Mine should e done soon.

Cristos.  Excellent, indeed.  Commented on the other thread, however, the holster deserves another comment.

Is the idea of that holster a dual use? Very nice holster, I like the clip being off to one end, makes for a thinner footprint in your waist.
It looks like the clip is made to be removed and you go from an IWB to a pocket holster. I'm not sure, but if that is the case it is even more way cool.
Congratulations on that.

I called HBE today, but it was after 4. Did he have your gun too because he needed it to mold the holster? What was the turnaround time?

Thanks,

Mark:

Eric did have the dummy gun is stock, his has done a few R9's before and did recommend this holster highly.  The turnaround time was about 8 weeks.  I placed the order a couple of days before Robar received the pistol, however the holster arrived 5 days later than the pistol! I hope this helps :)

Chameleon:

I have tossed it a pair a jeans, and it does fit in the pocket with no visible outline showing.  however, drawing the pistol quickly from the  pocket isn't as easy as it's intended purpose (IWB).  The marriage of pistol and holster is new and very snug, as it should be....

That helps a lot and thanks! I'm going to place the order on Monday. I like that it can have a dual function but love his innovative IWB design as well as the choice of leather and colors he has available.

Can anyone point me to contact information for HBE (Eric).  For some reason I do not see any contact on a web link I am looking at.
