Yeaaaa!! Especially in winter. Wasn't you that I had a short discussion about Alabama?
We were delayed a little over a week because of a big snow storm. We actually just fell in love with Alabama.

I read over my earlier writing this morning. I allowed a few typos to sneak thru.I usually try to watch that closer but was under  the influence of only 2 cups of coffee, not 3.

But no worry never a mistake with the "it's" and the"its" mistake that is rampant! ;D ;D ;D

That was a great story I enjoyed reading and it reminds me a little bit of me how much I really love this gun and I’m caring it right now in a beautiful Kydex holster by Dave, I have many holsters for the R9 and I like carrying it in various ways it just proves to be a great carry piece for a 9 mm I don’t think there’s any smaller lighter better made and I’m glad everyone here is continuing on with caring and keeping this forum and the pistol alive😀

I bought my first one in 2004 from our old friend in Dallas, Tom Watson. It was so beautiful I couldn't bear to shoot it so I bought #747 from Tom as an EDC. He told me that he wanted to keep that number but when I appealed to him that I had a Boeing 747 type rating he graciously sold it to me. #127 is still unfired and has never been disassembled.

Tom Watson, The Irish Guard...good memories there, and many more good memories from many members on this fine Forum.
Having a gun in your hand is much more effective than having the entire police department on the phone!

Thank god for Florida...

Yup...just hope the influx of Northern liberals fleeing the high tax states don’t muck up Florida.  That was a wonderful post BTW.  My R9s are still the best, most comfortable 9mm carry handguns ever made.  I do really like my Sig P365 for winter carry here in Florida, but it is a bit large for many of my pockets where the R9 excels., and this little Pup is powerful enough to take down a Gator!  8) ;D ;D
