6498 has to be pretty close to the last one. ECR's 6336 was the last one made, but the earlier serial number frame was sent out for coating and completed after 6498 was made.

According to Duane:
"For those keeping track, the last frame made in Deer Park was serial number R6678."
"Also, the last .380 frame made in Deer Park, NY is: K391. :)"
So they made 47 early R9s with no R prefix: #101 through #147.
Approximately 15 early R9s with custom serial numbers.
They made R100 through R6678: so 6578 total R prefix serial number guns.
Total 9mm: approximately 6640 guns
Total .380: 291 guns."
ECR - please correct if incorrect

That is the most complete list of guns manufactured by Rohrbaugh Firearms that I have seen here.
In addition, we also made many "special serial numbered firearms".
They I can not accurately say how many, however, I would "guesstimate" somewhere around 60 - 80 or so were done.
Those were mostly R9 9mm pistol versoiuns, but we did do a few R380 pistols with special serialization.
I still enjoy having my serial number 2 and R6336 ~ "The Last Rohrbaugh" within my safe.
My personal everyday carry R9 pistol, serial number ECR-000-1 was given to my only son Jon-Eric. It's in his possesion today.

Thinking back on years of posts, it seems like there were a lot of custom serial numbers. The "LISC" Long Island Shooting Center were at least four. There were several with peoples' initials. 107,1107,2107, and 3107. Elite Premiums 1of16 through 16of16. The R9 from the original manual "223". Does anyone want to add their custom number to the list here?

Karl wishes he never sold serial number "R9".
Anyway, my personal carry R9 for years is S.N. ~ ECR-000-1
My son owns it now.
