Good though, I guess any other shape holster would do the trick.
I was hoping someone would have some insight on a great back-pocket holster!!??

Thanks!!

It seems that a lot of guys have been so happy with that Hedley/Meco style because it works so well. Thus it is the main style being used by forum members.

Maybe someone has tried something as good and will chime in.

Robert,
It looks like a great design, and as always Master Craftsmanship.

I have seven Meco front pocket holsters and use, and like, every one of them. I've been thinking that maybe, just to  give them a fair trial that I  should order a couple more. ;D ;D      Gene

By all means, Gene.  Can't have too many holsters; Rohrbaughs either!    :D

Who is carrying one of the Split Holsters and what do you like or dislike about it, if you don't want to post it here PM or e-mail me. I'm just trying to decide if I want to get this style.

I hadn't seen this thread, or I would have chimed in. I received a Meco split holster a few weeks ago and have been using it quite a bit. I like it, very nice work, and I like that I can switch it from front to back pocket and it doesn't print too much like a gun.

I think it's a good design and will likely use it alot. I use a Graham a fair bit too, access is probably better with the Graham, but the Meco presents less of a "gun" outline, with the flap of leather in front.

I've had a Milt Sparks on order for awhile, it should be here in the next couple months. That was always my favorite pocket holster for my S&W 340 j-frame. I'm curious to see what I think of it for the R9. I'll report in when it arrives.

ehb86,
Thanks for the info, I also like my Grahams very much.
I know Robert does first rate work and was trying to decide if I wanted to try one of the split models.
