hey eric, nice to be talking with you again. been a while. and thanks for the encouragement.

you stated "...bend the front of it [mag spring] up more to keep the pressure pushing up from the front..."
Q: in a mag full loaded with 6 rounds, completely compressing the spring, would an additional bit of bend actually effect feeding of the first round or two being fired?

but i will use that "bending" suggestion by loading a single round in every mag to see how they each seat. if any show the round is nose down a bit, i'll do some spring tweaking.

tracker: good article, thnx. yes, it might prove valuable someday with any number of semi-autos.

Brian, it is great to see you are still at it. These holsters posted years ago are still fashionable and functional today.
You know Im a big fan of your work.

I know this is an old post, but I know you are still cranking out great stuff.

Not to long ago I contacted Lisa K to make me a magazine pouch for my Seecamp.
I ended up with both a Seecamp and Rohrbaugh pouch!
The craftsmanship is top shelf and perfect in every way.
It makes me very happy to see her take over RJs holster manufacturing with the same zeal and passion RJ had, maybe even more so.

Thank you Lisa.

Guide rods I have around, but they are silver, not black. If you like, I can mail one to you and if you can get it treated black, you'll be back in business!  Let me know via PM eMail here.

Hey chameleon,

Are you the fellow I met at South Shore Sportsman a number of years back when we were in business?

Mike was the owner of that store.

Just curious. . . . . .

Regards,

Eric R.

Hello Eric,
It was many years ago around this time we met at SHOT, I gave you a ride back to Rio.

I have all the parts except the guide rod.  This is the one I sent back to you to have the nut (wheel) put back on, but it came off again after a couple or range sessions.  I replaced it myself that time with a smidge of loctite but the 3rd time after about 4 rounds I believe it went downrange because it was not in the pistol when I disassembled.  Any help appreciated.  I will check with H&M but need the guide rod itself.
