Yes. . . . . Merry Christmas to All.

Karl, Mom, my wife Jill and I just spent the evening together by the fire at our home. We enjoyed a nice meal and then sat in from of the fireplace listening to Christmas music and opened a few gifts. It was a wonderful evening. We hope you all enjoyed such an evening around the country and the world.

Peace to you All.

Good Night.

Merry Christmas to everyone.

I was talking to a coworker, and she said she hasn't talked to her brother in over five years.  He was sixteen when she was born, so he had basically flown the coop before he got to know her.  She misses a brother-sister relationship that he doesn't even knows exists.  If any of you guys hasn't talked to a family member in awhile, give them a call.  Often the longer it gets, the more ackward it becomes and that forms a negative feedback loop where you don't want to call even more.  It seems like more people are estranged from than their families than we realize.

Just finished FaceTime with my kids and grandkids and only sister.  All is merry here in NE Florida, but no snow (daughter in Boston just told me they got a foot of snow last night for a white Christmas.  Merry Christmas to all in the Rohrbaugh Forum family.

Hi Phil,

Thanks for the post. I have a brother I am estranged from, I have 4. We haven't spoken in YEARS but after reading your post I MAY call him yet tonight.

In spite of what one or two on here may think I TRY to turn the other cheek sand live as a good Christian. That is one side. The other is a disabled Marine combat vet from the South Side of Chicago who views the solution to all problems is with violence.

I will make effort to follow the former rather than the latter.

Thanks again Phil,
Kevin
