Phil said he had fired 10 rds.  I fired a total of 65 rds; 57 the first day, the next day 7 rds, started to fire another mag, fired one rd and it locked up.

Looks like it took a while for your LWS to lock-up.

Did you speak to Larry and ask him what the problem was, or did you get the LWS back?

I did speak to Larry, and he seemed to know what the problem was and did mention hammer strut.  It was mailed on 6/14/10 and received by Seecamp on 6 /15/10, so not enough time yet to get it back.
