!st trip to range
« on: April 01, 2008, 11:57:58 PM »
Picked up my pup today from FFL. It is used and came with carbon fibre grips. I test fired 3 clips before loading for my pocket. WWorld white box, WW silvertip, and speer gold dots. 115 gr.
Everything functioned very well. accuracy from under 10 yards was one ragged hole with both preminum ammos. I cant begin to tell you how pleased i am with my new gun.

2nd trip to fire at range. I have carried it for a week or so now in its new pocket holster. First is how easy it truly is to carry and hide.
I started with WWBox for 2 clips, then tried some of the PMC  Starfire in 124 gr., Ended with a few clips of Silver tips 115s. There were no malfunctions at all. I am thrilled. What i did notice while shooting was for me, This is a better shooting gun fired with one hand, But what im talking about is accuracy, instead of a flyer here and there, they just grouped, all of them.
So time well tell as i get used to this neat pocket rocket, cleaned and regreased it. ;D

hi 'walker.  welcome.  i'd been away a while and then came back to the pup.  this third one of mine is a WONDERFUL shooter.  VERY accurate (as you say, 10 yards or so).  i really didn't like my first r9s -- thought the sights were an afterthought.  this stealth model, though, the sights seem to function -- they're helpful and right on target.

again, welcome.  hope your pup continues to give you flawless service.
