I didn't want to be unprepared so I sold to the realtor for 100K,
didn't want to wait for the whole listing process. ;D

I have a 9am meeting with my banker to extend my line of credit up to a $1,000,000.  Gosh I hope thats enought.   :o  If not I will have to sell off a couple of the beach houses and maybe even one of the skyrise's if needed.  We'll just have to wait and see how much is needed.   ;)
