Hoping you guys will see the value in owning another gun that will fit your Rohrbaugh holsters!
I got an email that the RM380 is $177 after rebate, $227 before.

Wow. . . . . That's a Deal!
Karl and I paid more than that for ours, and we had "The Inside Deal" too.
BTW, it does work quite well actually. A good shooter.

Same link as above, now reduced to $160 after rebate, $210 before!

For $160.00, I had to buy one...tough trigger & all. Thanks for the lead!

Your talented pistol smith should be able to improve it considerably.

Exactly my thought...

I don't know much about these kits but they would be worth looking into.

The trigger on my RM380 is actually very good after a short breakin period.

Today I take it to the range for some break in time. The trigger on this new one actually feels better than the last one. We'll see!
Thanks for the link on the trigger!

Gee ~ I wish Karl and I paid $160 for our "Insider Priced" RM380s! Oh well, still like the gun, just don't get why they didn't do something to make the trigger more "open" like this aftermarket trigger is, which, BTW, could have been done slightly more rounded and not such a flat spot in it's design. Looks like they rushed it. I may have to simply make my own trigger for this thing. lol.
Enjoy the weekend guys. . . . I'll "Be Back" more on Monday. . . . still on Va-Cay yet here.
Regards,
Eric R.

I am a bit amazed about 2 things. First, my newest RM380 shoots completely different than my last one. It is a pleasure to shoot. Secondly, at $210 less a $50 rebate, this purchase is a no brainer. It is unheard of to buy a gun that is not junk for $150.00. I'm glad I bought one. My wife says it fits her hand like a glove & the recoil is minimal. So, buy one for your wife/partner & if she doesn't like it...keep it.

You guys talked me into it. $188.50 in my hands after rebate. Bought locally, so no FFL transfer fee. $160 online would have added $25-50 transfer fee. What's the going rate for a transfer in your area?

Congratulations, you got a good deal.
I pay $20 here in the Houston area for a transfer which seems pretty common on this side of town.
Got a small LGS that does them. I can also get stripped AR lowers from him cheaper than I can online also.

We have 2 FFL here in Baton Rouge that charge $15, most every one else is $50++++
-
Most are $20 here except for one guy who does $10 transfers.
Guess who gets all the business.
