Good Lord!  That price is outrageous -- but I note that the auction has suddenly ended.

In any event, there may be more than one reason why only a few of those "wrist breakers" were made and are no longer in production:

At least you would not have to worry about a double with that one Bruce.

On another forum it was described as a $3000  Zippo.
