While the gun pictured may be a Bob Cogan Custom, I don't believe the mag extension is.  It appears to be one of Yankee's that he sold here on the forum for a few years.

That is what I thought, when I saw it, that it looked like one of Yankee's  magnificent parts with a silver / satin like finish.
