Any suggestions on how to highlight the front sight?

Accurate Plating & Weaponry drills the front sight and then they will fill the hole with a color of your choice.

White paint works for me: simple, cheap, easily renewed.

I tried the paint, didn't work for me. I shoot one mag a month through the gun once a month and clean it weekly. It did not hold up.

That 3M Red reflector tape that they put on trailers seems to hold up better than paint.  It sticks pretty good (better if you rough up the site first) and is easy to remove or replace.

Never thought about using tape. I may give it a try.

I'm not positive because im not looking at my invoice but it's not much.  I think it would be $40 (their mim. shop charge).

Fingernail polish on the ramp works great.  Until a color change last weekend the same stuff had been on for most of last year and was still going strong.

Fingernail polish for me too. Easily removed with fingernail polish remover. Lasts very well.

Fingernail polish works well for me also....red polish followed up with a shot of clear. On my S&W 642 it's lasted well over a year with numerous cleanings.
