Does anyone remember who, in the early 1900"s, made a revolver with the Glock type two piece trigger? I remember seeing a picture of one MANY years ago but can't remember who the manufacturer was. Anyone? Thanks,

I think it was H&R or Iver Johnson. :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

YOU the man. That is the one I was thinking about. Someone at the gun shop a few days ago said Glock invented the 'safe trigger.' I knew someone had used it in the early 1900's. Thanks again!

Yes sir. . . . . . There is a wealth of information among this forum of which we can all be proud of.

All that, well the few, I have seen were just like the one in the pic. Nickel, short barrel, top break frame, and .38 Smith & Wesson caliber.
Well look at the striker. John Moses was making the .32 and .380 striker fired models in the 1910-1930 range. Like most jokes, very few are new. Most are just parts of old ones freshened up.

I had a younger person start a conversation with me a dozen or so years ago about how great it was someone finally decided on a way to mount a flashlight to a pistol. He assumed it was an idea only a couple of years old until I showed him pictures like the ones below.

Looks like you’d need a tripod to aim the dang thing...?5 pounds?.
