Title: Does anyone have any experience with the Sphinx line of pistols.
Post by: MikeInTexas on May 12, 2018, 10:57:58 AM
Herself is interested in getting another handgun and recently spotted one of these.

Does anyone have any personal experience with these?  I have none and until recently did not know they existed.

Lot of positive reviews, Hickcock45, thetruthaboutguns, Handgun reiview, etc.

Since it is close to her beloved CZ-85 she loves the feel (although it was the arctic white color that attracted her attention at first, yes it matches her favorite cordless tool set, smh.)

Any help is always appreciated.

Sphinx is a very high grade Swiss made pistol exported here in the 90s but I haven't heard of them in awhile. Apparently, they are in a joint venture with Kriss now.

The only negative I have ever heard is the lack of holsters available that fit it properly. Otherwise I hear it is a beauty of a gun. Good luck in the search!
