Title: What are these messages in cyrillic script?

We keep seeing these...are they somehow legit?  If not, are they just spam or could they be hidden encripted communications over the internet into semi-private forum by criminals or terrorists?...seems this would be a good way to avoid NSA interest.

I can't translate -- but spammers that get through the spam precautions.  I delete them as soon as I see them.  They seem to come in waves.

  Yea,I have been kind of wondering too what that gobbledygook is all about.Oh well!
   Strange world out there and getting stranger all along.
