Mefly,

Welcome to the forum.  Silver is going to be a tall order because very few were made -- ultimatley there were problems with the silver annodization process that Rohrbaugh didn't want to deal with.  I would guess the few people who have one will probably keep it and/or want a premium for it.

Sights -- on the other hand -- should be no problem.
