Since our e-mail exchange I keep finding myself drawn back to your description and pics of that Ruger...  Whatever you decide based on that conversation I would appreciate it if you would make contact with me.  It sure would be nice if we could work something out, me says...

If you are not real versed in custom .45s you might want to check out some of Jeff Cooper's history turning those Beasts.  There just aren't that many of them around = available now-a-days from what I can see.

And regardless of what we might or might not work out - I hope we can get together when you visit relitives this area...might even be able to work in a visit to my shooting range, time permitting...TW<<
