I am a wee bit dense--what does this post mean?

The Shot Show is open,  K-T and others are showing their new wares.  K-T's small pistols have many changes that effect the fit of holsters...   :D

For the . 380 [3AT] the slide top is now wide and flat, the barrel has a flat hood like Glock, Sig... plus an all new ejector.  Many other changes in the slide.

How about showing us some comparison pics of the two?  Sometimes it's easier to understand the new changes.  Thanks.

So Kel-Tec finally put a real set of sights on their pocket guns?!  It is about time, and a change I am very happy to see.

I just ordered one of these from my Friendly downstate dealer.. 8)
Don't know if it will be the "new style" or not,but I know that the P3AT has not been available as of late..
Must be due to these changes?

I just can't seem to pass up a good deal!

It will be my 1st experience with the KT..

RJ-Thanks for the info..

My P3AT spends most of its time in safe these days - hmmmm .... rather wish I had one of the newer offerings.

(Musing - wonder if a KT and R9 could breed?!  Wonder what the ''hibrid'' might be like!!???) - might have a cal prob I guess ... 2mm different in case length, not to mention pressures!

My friendly "downstate" dealer sent me a couple of pics of my new KT..
Looks a bit different than your pics RJ,especially the ejector..
I was under the impression that these are the "new" run..

That sure looks like the "old" model to me...

It may be a 'new' gun but it is the "old" style....

 Hi Brenden

There are many differences,  check out the photos of the new slide...

Its going to be a nightmare for me on exchanges from guys that don't know the differences...

I know that I have NO idea about the KT..

I have always thought it would be a good "knock around" gun..

I did see the Difference in the slide but was under the impression that since there have been no new .380s released for a bit that these were "the" new lot.. ;)

Thanks again for the info..

That's easy.....a $900+ gun that will require numerous trips back to the factory to get it working!    ;D

Funny, I didn't realize the Rohrbaughs were so troublesome that they require multiple trips to the factory for correction!  ;D  Comforting to know that my trusty little P-3AT has been flawlesss out of the box and has never required factory service except for a hard chrome upgrade... :D

That's good to hear. I should have a HC one in the next several days, I hope mine is as flawless as yours.   :D
