Title: Colt Defender

Just made a deal on a Colt Defender. Anyone have one of these? What mods. are needed or fluff and buff? Thanks for any info.

Newt, Polish the sides of the slide. Novak night sights. carbon fiber grips. ambi safety. beaver tail grip safety. alter the frame for mag insertion.

General info for everyone on the carbon grips for 1911 govt, comander, officers, defender and others. Newt found them, Carbon Creations at carboncreations.com  They build really nice looking and stong, light weight grips. Thanks Newt you found them before I could remember or find their info.    Tom
