Posted this elsewhere but thought folks might like a peek. :)
Some folks have seen odd pics of mine posted from time to time.... but I decided to play with some stills to make a vid' - so here we have 39 handguns - only two have left the stable and a newcomer will soon be added - the SIG 220.
Many pics will be familiar but seemed like an interesting challenge to ''walk thru'' the guns step by step. So - presenting it as just an item of interest
Have to do long arms sometime tho most of those pics are very wide and not very high!
Oh BTW - if you ''stretch'' Media Player to about 640x480, then most text on the pics can be made legible.

That's a very fine collection, Chris.
Thanks for sharing!

WOW! I am truly impressed, Chris.

I have (as is ever the case) thought of a way to make it better - using transitions between each pic - I am right now uploading the files and once done - suggest folks grab the new version - large or small - and again, stretch media player to 640x480.
Interested to know then - for those who saw version #1 - if you think this new one is better - I think it runs more smoothly to the eye... bigger files tho unfortunately.
Handgun Gallery V2 - lower res, 3.8 Mb) (http://www.thingameez.com/vid-download/handgunpics-h2.wmv)
Handgun Gallery V2, higher res, 5.8 Mb) (http://www.thingameez.com/vid-download/handgunpics-hh2.wmv)

Chris,
I didn't feel too much difference.
The first group was smooth to me.

So..............
Ya' like guns, do you? ? ?
GREAT collection!

The only difference Bill was re the transitioning. First version the pics change instantly - the second there is a one second cross fade as one goes and another appears - just thought that perhaps made it a smoother presentation.
Me like guns FB !?? What makes ya think that LOL. ;D ;D

Chris,
A person can never have too many guns. It's not like you are throwing away money. They can still be sold.
When you joked: "Me like guns FB...", I wasn't sure what "FB" meant.
When sending morse code over the radio, many abbreviations are used, and one of the most common is FB, which means Fine Business.
For example, you might say in code: FB on your new gun.
Strangely, I just learned that the complete name of the man who invented the Morse code was: Samuel F.B. Morse

You've got WAAAYYYYY too much money to spend on firearms......
But, I'll give ya credit.. At least you're spending the money on somethin' purty and whut might even come in handy in a scary sitsation...
;D

L:aser - I spend very little now on guns - last purchase (SIG 220) was financed by sale of another.
I call this lot an ''investment'' - both monetary and functional :) .
Now I am at least semi-retired, my wallet is a lot slimmer.

I have dial-up,well worth the wait!! ;)

Brenden - indeed only one R9s there, tho I do have a pic of both together but that is portrait format and so would not have fitted in too well ... all rest of course landscape.
Even the lo-res musta taken a while to get down - thx for looking. :) The hi res only scores a bit when the image is stretched bigger so you didn't miss too much.
