Title: Hats anyone?

 I looked at Rohrbaugh's "store" listing and saw the hats for sale. I like something on the "subtle" side. With this in mind, I e-mailed Eric and said I'd buy a hat when they come with "just the crest" on the front and not the words "Rohrbaugh Firearms." Only "those in the know" will be able to discern the meaning. Eric e-mailed me back, "tongue-in-cheek," that he'd "alert the media," as to the possiblity. Nice to know with the hours he working, he still has his sense of humor. If anyone else shares my taste for subtlety, e-mail Eric and say you like my idea. If enough people ask for it, I'll bet they will do it. What does everyone else think? :)

I also prefer the hat with only the Rohrbaugh logo.

I wish it could be an option.

No sense hollering "Gun" any more than necessary.

Hmmmm.  I have a grey one with the company name and a black one without...  Is that not available any longer?

How about “forum hat” with the Rohrbaugh name & logo only ?

I believe the idea of headgear came up some time ago as a possible forum fund raiser.

Assuming there is enough interest, can we do this?

Yes, of course!  I am open to suggestions as to how to do it.

I am not overly concerned about the fundraiser aspect.  We are doing just fine, due to the generosity of the members.

The ideal thing might be to find a place that would "stock" our logo and anyone could order a "one off" whenever they wanted.  I know there are places that do this -- just not sure who.  I think there is an initial set-up charge.  Anyone know about services like this?

We could use the Forum logo above -- just not the Rohrbaugh emblem itself.  I kind of picture the above logo on the front, and www.rohrbaughforum.com on the back...

Any ideas?

I'd rather like a cap with just the logo - Rohrbaugh that is - and I'd also like one with our forum logo too.

One person Duane who is into ordering custom caps is Larry Correia - he has done Molon labe caps a few times and maybe a PM to him thru THR would get you some feedback re what to do and how.  I personally have no clue about it!

I am very much in favor of subtle statements when it comes to caps and shooting.
