I know most of you have thought- what can I do for the Katrina relief. However, if you could also give some of your hard earned money to MDA. It would sure help a lot of folks like me and some great little kids. Thanks, Tom

Tom,
Done (Katrina relief effort) and done (MDA).
I was just griping to the wife that the latest increase in our medical insurance co-pay was going to put a crimp in my target practice budget. And then I read you (or someone in your family) are fighting that 800 pound gorilla. We can certainly afford to increase our pledge to MDA.
Hang in ther, guy!

sslater, Thank you so much!
For years as a kid and continuing as an adult I loved to watch the Jerry Lewis MDA show on TV. I always felt sorry for the kids struck with these diseases. As I grew older I was surprised to see older adults in wheel chairs who were Jerry's kids. It is easy to think that could never happen with me.
Well, now I'm one of Jerry's kids in a wheel chair.
In Dec 2001, I was told I have ALS/SMA, and boy does MDA help all of us.
Again thanks for your help! Tom

Tom:
I lost my mentor and law partner to ALS. I give often to the cause, and I now have reason to give more often than before.
God bless you, Sir!
