The main concealed (covert) carry pistols associated with James Bond are the Beretta 418 (.25 acp), then the Walther PPK (.32 acp). Eventhough Bond has used several other guns over the years, these are the two most widely associated with the British Agent.
I think Bond needs a new sub-compact pistol and I think the Rohrbaugh R9 would work just fine! ;D
The R9 is a smooth, classy pistol with 7 rounds of 9mm punch that is easy to conceal and is a true double-action.
Of course, since Jack Bauer is a fictional character as well, maybe he should keep a Rohrbaugh in his pocket!! That way, the next time he is captured and they take away his "man purse" he will still have a weapon available.

It would be interesting to see how much sales would grow if that would happen.
But then, we would have to wait that much longer to get our guns! Including the new models like the 380 and the 45.
