Poor, poor, RichardS. :P Some day, or some year, he may succumb to the realization that NAVY IS THE BEST!!!
-
There is always next year but at least we are allies.
Thanks for the U.S. Armed Forces, one and all.

Richard, it's a sad day. Navy is truly the best in football. I wait all year for this game, it's great to see such fine men and women. Thanks to all of them and God speed. Tom

That was not just a defeat, it was a drubbing . . . right up there with the 1949 game in which the score was Army 38, Navy 0. ;) Enjoy the moment, Navy. To paraphrase General MacArthur, "We shall return!" 8)

I well remember some of those past greats from the Hudson:
Mr. Inside and Mr Outside, Doc Blanchard and Glenn Davis.
General Pete Dawkins wasn't exactly a slouch, either.

and let us not forget the lonely end, Bill Carpenter--also
a Vietnam hero. Roger Staubach was quite a player, too.
