I live and work near Kramer Leathers in Tacoma, Washington. I'm in law enforcement and have used Kramer holsters for a number of years. I currently use one of their paddle holsters for my undecover duty carry, and can vouch for the quality of both the construction and comfort of carry. I don't think that you'll go wrong in getting one of their holsters.

Kramer, IMHO, is just about as good as it gets short of hard-to-get-custom ware.....especially in their signature horsehide. ;)

He is going to do Horsehide smooth side inside, covered in sharkskin with an alligator band.. s/b pretty coool........Dan

Been using a 1911 holster over 10 years and a belt 15, both horsehide. Both compare to a 2 yr old cowhide product of another maker.
Well worth the money.
