Title: New to the R9

I bought an R9 as a deep conceal carry gun, any thoughts on what works best? Mostly casual dress, jeans and occassional light coat.

Welcome to the forum.  Are you talking about what type holster we would recommend?  If so I highly recommend something from www.mecopocketholsters.com.  I use one of his front pocket holsters and a IWB all the time and they are top of the line custom holsters.

   Welcome to the group.  
  Robert (Meco pocket holsters) makes some fine holsters. I pocket carry my R9 98% of the time, the other 2% I us an OWB holster from Rafter S Leather.

macav.  Welcome to the Forum.  Great that you have an R9.  I also endorse Meco's holsters.  Pocket carry 100% of the time.

I pocket carry mine with a Meco as well, daily, usually as a BUG, sometimes primary depending upon dress.
