No gun content, but safety related...
My dog Remi and I were mentioned in today's Wall Street Journal:
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702304447804576413802578302350.html
The article fails to mention that neither my wife or I were driving when our dog jumped and neither of us would have allowed that to happen...but otherwise a good article.

Good story, Duane. I thought most dogs just stuck their head in the windstream, either out the window or sun roof.
-
Duane, glad you found the dog with only minimal wear and tear.

Duane:
I'm glad your dog wasn't seriously injured. The entire story is a good reminder that "s#$% can happen."
A Hungarian Vizsla I once owned was just large enough to ride in my auto standing on her hind legs with her head out of the open sun roof -- and I was then still young and reckless enough to let her do so. That was back before mandatory seat-belt laws. A head-on collision would probably have killed us both.
