Title: Magazine loader
Post by: Michigunner on July 10, 2005, 10:32:22 PM
My Glock G36 included a magazine loader, which is placed over the magazine so it is easier to insert rounds.

It is a real pleasure to use.

Does anyone know if we might have such a device for our 9mm R9 magazine?

I would certainly vote for that kind of accessory.

I have an arthiritic joint at the base of my right thumb, so I almost always use a loader for my practice shooting.  When I do it the manly way, I suffer the next day.

I'm using an HKS Model 451, which I have on hand for my Sig P239.  Works perfectly, and really saves wear & tear on the old thumb.

Zamboni,
Once I used the Glock loader, there was no going back for me.  It's the best thing since sliced bread.

sslater,
Thanks very much for the tip about the HKS Model 451.

I  have a Sig P239, so it would be great to have a loader for both the P239 and R9S.   It was ordered from pistoleer.com this morning.

I purchased the HKS Model 943 Magazine Speed Loader for my R9S.

It works just great!

This adjustable loader is for .380 auto and 9mm.

My service from pistoleer.com was highly satisfactory.  Fast service!

This is a clever invention a guy hear in town came up with.
It works very good on a bunch of mags, very versitile, I have some & they work great.
Hope this helps.

Thanks, David.  I would have checked this out, but had already purchased my loaders.

E & L Products (plastic) manufactures one (presumably) for HK products.  It is multi-caliber /  magazine compatible.  I've had mine for a number of years and it aids when semi-annual quals demand mucho ammo loaded for  me as well as other deputies.
