Title: Meco Shark Skin Pocket Holster

I just picked up my Shark Skin Pocket holster and magazine holster from Robert.  Wow.  Great holster and great guy.

I will post pictures when we have good sun light.

Now if you will excuse me I will need a minute alone  ;D ;D :D

It was very interesting seeing the different leathers in person and absorbing Roberts insights and knowledge.

  Robert certainly does have a way with sharkskin (or any other material he uses). He made a black one for my Seecamps that is just  gorgeous! I don't carry anything but the pups anymore so the holster still looks new. Right now there's a cute little .25 acp nestled in the sharkskin, waiting for my grandaughter to be born and get old enough to shoot it. I can't wait!!      Gene

I just put in my order with Robert on Wed or Thursday last week.  Believe it or not, I order the Shark as well.  How about some pictures of that bad boy so the wait can really drive me crazy.

I made a slight tweak to my order and while Robert was understanding, I could almost see him rolling his eyes at my request.  If nothing else, it will be one of a kind.

Congratulations on that beautiful holster and magazine case. Robert's work is truly outstanding. With only minimal care, that shark skin holster will last a lifetime.

Another fine looking holster by Robert.
    Yes with minimal care it will last a lifetime, which will be it's second lifetime, it could be interesting to know weather the lifetime it lasted the Shark was longer or shorter than it's next lifetime.;D

It was no big deal.  My thumb pushoff will be a different skin that will add a little color to the black shark.  It's going to be gray elephant.

Really like elephant, but wanted to try shark so I asked Robert to humor me and mix the two.

After 2 weeks of use I really like the holster.  It fits perfectly in the pocket and does not allow the outline of the R-9 to be visible through the pants.  Unlike the Desantis holster which clearly showed the outline of the R-9 through the pants.

The shark skin is very comfortable.
