I have a Gun Test subscription and looked at upcoming reviews. This was on the list:
Tiny 9mms
Kahr PM9 V. the Rohrbaugh R-9
It didn't say which month. I know it isn't the July issue.

Gun Tests is way behind, that topic was already covered in the early days of the Rohrbaugh Forum:

The answer is still the same -- the PM9 is a decent gun that is larger and heavier with slightly more firepower. They fit a difference niche -- one is a true pocket gun and one is a gun you can cram into a pocket.
I am going to have a full review of the R-9S in an upcoming issue of Concealed Carry Magazine.

You doing the review Duane? if so - do please feel free to use any of the data I have accrued, if it might help at all.

I just subscribed to Gun Test magazine.

Thanks R9SCarry -- I will take you up on that offer. I am doing the review. The Concealed Carry Mag articles tend to be more "carry" oriented and less techie / numbers / velocities oriented -- but I will throw some of that in too and I appreciate the offer.
In the upcoming issue I have a review of the CZ RAMI .40.

Duane:
Could you show a link to Concealed Carry Magazine so I can subscribe to that one also?

Mike .... here ya go .......
Concealed Carry Magazine (http://www.concealedcarrymag.com/)
Duane ... yeah I realize the write-ups are not putting great emphasis on figures and stuff .. but anyways .. could well be worth a mention of the Gold Dot figures and performance. If you want any higher res pics that you have seen ... shout! I can email them over if needed.
BTW - just posted a new thread .. re a new page I have done .. with All R9 ammo data so far (http://www.acbsystems.com/boards/data/R9-ammo-data.htm) .... shows all makes and figures covered by my test thus far.

MurrayNevada,
Just so you know -- its not cheap. This is basically a grass-roots start-up effort to create a different kind of magazine that is not a shill for big advertisers or run by a mega-media conglomerate. They just published issue #3, and each one keeps getting better. Nice people with great ideas.
They will send you a "trial issue" free.

Chris sent me the link and I took the plunge.
