This is the first 9mm. I have owned, had just about every other cal.!!!! Do I shoot a lighter 115 Gold Dot, 125, or a 155? I have no idea!!! I have read that the 115 G.D. is a moderate penetration round and good for personal defense. I have also read where the heavier 155 gr. is a better round as it is slow and thumps hard.. The Cor Bon's looks pretty good also.. Any help from you more experienced 9mm. folks would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks and have a great evening.. Jim

Jim:
Do a search here and find the ammo test results posted by R9SCarry. The 115gr GD came out on top.

Thanks MurrayNevada, I appreciate your help.

Gosh, sorry MurrayNevada,
If I would have looked a little closer, I would have seen the post a couple of threads down and seen AMMO. Those results were very helpful and I will run the Gold Dot 115's.
Thanks again, Jim

The 124gr GDs were also found by R9SCarry to be a good choice.
