Hi All,
When you insert the magazine into the frame, do you use thumb to push the magazine release aside, or do you use the magazine to force the release aside?
Dumb question, I know, but my first experience with a European style release.

I push it back with the mag! 8)

Yep. Me too. I start it in at an angle, then rotate it back, letting the mag body push the release over. Then push it home until there is a positive click.

Yep - me too. I posted way back this sequence I took of my approach to mag out/mag back in. Just my way. Not sure if it helps but it works for me.
Sorry about lighting but had to fiddle with remote in teeth to get these - and flash was not doing too well!
