Title: R9s only says R9

Anybody else have this?  It is a R9s but only has R9 on the slide.  All the pictures I have seen have the "s".  Did they drop the s at some point?

This may be a stoopid question but I thought I would ask.

That's normal.  I read that when the added the s the BATFE complained that they needed some permission, so it was easier to just take the s back off.  There are a few marked R9s and I guess these are rare, so collectable.
