Title: Federal EFMJ

Anyone try some of this?  I'm a little confused since federal's website lists it as a low recoil, but some of the ammo selling sites list it as a plus P ammo.

I have played with this, but not in my R9.  I did some research and found that the balistic performance of these rounds is poor, so I just decided to skip it.
