Title: New R9S - Breakin Rounds?

I am both new to the forum and the R9S, which arrives next week, I down loaded the information on the R9 but I never did see anything about the breakin period. How many rounds is considered normal for the breakin?

Hello and welcome
There really is no breakin period ascribed. Just start shooting and enjoy. You might want to wear some shooing gloves if you want to shoot more then a magazine or 2. Also, the gun is ready to shoot right out of the box. No need to pre clean.

Hello,

Just incase you haven't seen the info already, the R9 seems partial to Speer GDHPs, Winchester STHPs, and Wally World WWB. Some other ammunitions can cause problems.
